The VIP & Hosted Visitors programme is available to senior executives of Greek
and foreign companies and organizations, who fulfil certain qualifying criteria
and wish to visit EXPORAMA SHOW. |

If your company participates in Exhibitions or Conferences, organizes Exhibitions, Conferences, Corporate Events or other types of events and you are the person that influences or actually makes the final corporate decision then you may apply for the VIP & Hosted Visitors programme.
The VIP & Hosted Visitors programme offers a comprehensive hospitality package during EXPORAMA SHOW and allows the exhibitors and the specific visitors-buyers to meet each other and examine
the possibility of collaborating in the future. | |

Admission of specific visitors-buyers to the VIP & Hosted Visitors programme is based
on a number of strict and objective criteria, such as: |

The number, the size and the budget of the Events in which they participate or which they themselves organize. |
| • |
The authority and responsibility level in their company's final decision-making process. |
| • |
The type of Events in which they participate or which they organize (national or international). |
| • |
The prospect of organizing or participating in an Event within the Mediterranean region. | |

Joining the VIP & Hosted Visitors programme ensures the participants a privileged and
time-effective presence in EXPORAMA SHOW, offering them a number of benefits such as: |

Economy class, return air tickets from selected airports. |
| • |
Accommodation in a 4/5* hotel (1-3 nights with breakfast depending on the country of departure
and the flight schedule). |

Transfers between airport-hotel-exhibition centre. |
| • |
Personal on-line diary of the pre-scheduled appointments with the exhibitors. |
| • |
Admission to the seminars and the scheduled concurrent events. |
| • |
Access to the VIP Lounge with complimentary meal, refreshments, beverages etc. |

Access to the Business Center for special meetings with exhibitors and other VIP & Hosted Visitors. |

Display of the participants' company logo on their badge. |
| • |
Complimentary services at the exhibition centre (secretarial support, interpretation, internet access etc). |

Display of the company they represent in the VIP & Hosted Visitors catalogue. | |

If you wish to join the VIP & Hosted Visitors programme you must complete the registration
form, providing as much information as possible in order to facilitate the qualification process.
Upon approval of your application to attend EXPORAMA SHOW as a VIP & Hosted Visitor, and if you come
from a country outside Greece, you will be notified to send us the details of your passport and credit card
(to be used in case of late cancellation of your participation in EXPORAMA SHOW – see below), so that we can make arrangements for your flights and send you your tickets. |

The only obligation attached to participating in the VIP & Hosted Visitors programme is to attend 10
appointments with exhibitors that have been pre-scheduled by the organizers and at least 10 more
meetings with exhibitors of your own preference. From November 1st you will be able to monitor
your on-line diary of your pre-scheduled appointments. |

If you come from a country outside Greece and need to cancel for any reason your participation in the
VIP & Hosted Visitors programme of EXPORAMA SHOW, you must notify us before November 10 2006,
sending an email to office@exporamashow.com. In such a case your cancellation does not incur a fee.
If the cancellation notification is received after November 11 2006, a 500 Euro fee will be incurred
that will cover part of your transportation, accommodation and stay expenses in Athens.
These charges will be debited from your credit card.
Equal charges will be incurred in case you do not attend EXPORAMA SHOW or if you do not make
the required number of pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors. |
